General Support Information

If you have any problems using Groupworld, please check the Frequently Asked Questions to see if your problem is addressed there. As a first step in troubleshooting, please try the Groupworld setup/test wizard. If you are experincing network problems, try the Ping Test page. For audio/video problems, see the audio/video troubleshooting page.

All of our enterprise products come with one year of free technical support by email. After the first year, support costs 25% of the purchase licensing price per year. If you rent a hosted Groupworld installation, you will get free support for the duration of your subscription. We try to answer all emails within one business day, and usually within one hour during our normal business hours. If you don't get a response within one business day, check your spam/junkmail folder.

If you have forgotten your customer password (which is also used for the hosted Groupworld control panel), go to the Groupboard customer login page.

To update the payment method for your monthly Groupworld subscription (or to cancel your subscription), you should log into your PayPal account where you have access to those functions.

We constantly strive to maintain zero known bugs in Groupworld. This doesn't necessarily mean that there are no bugs — just that there are no outstanding bugs that anyone has told us about. If you do come across anything that you think might be a bug, please tell us about it.
