NOTE: you must have DirectX 9 or later installed. You can download the latest version of DirectX from the Microsoft DirectX downloads page.
NOTE2: if using an ATI graphics card, your Windows desktop must be in 32bit colour, otherwise you may experience display corruption (due to a bug in the ATI drivers).
NOTE3: if you get an error message 'can't initialise 3d graphics', it may be because you have previously installed the no3d version of the Groupworld plugin. Try clicking the link at the top of this page to install the version of the plugin which includes 3d graphics.
Hold the left mouse button down while moving the mouse to move around the 3D world. If other users are logged on you will see their 'avatar's. You can right-click on other users to invite them to play a game. Your own avatar is displayed at the bottom-left of the screen: click on it to change your current avatar.
Some objects can be double-clicked on to launch applications: move your mouse and a message will be displayed if an object can be activated.
Click on the microphone icon to transmit your voice to the other users. You can whisper to individual users by clicking on their name in the text chat window (this affects both voice and text chat).
